I own Seattle’s largest holistic dental office and I have worked with many endodontists over the years. Dr. Etemad is THE ONLY endodontist whose skills, protocols, and ethics I trust. He is the ONLY endodontist who ever sends patients back to me saying, “they don’t need a root canal.” The industry secret is that (in my 14 years of experience) all other endodontists recommend a root canal on 100% of the patients they are referred. He is the exclusive referral for all of my patients, my friends, and my family. I have loved ones fly from other states for his world class diagnosis, honesty, care and service. He has invented and published new protocols for root resorption repair. He utilizes advanced irrigation technology (GentleWave) and ozone insufflation to ensure the complete disinfection of the complex internal microneuroanatomy of dead and dying teeth that ALL OTHER endodontists seem to ignore. I want to write a Thank you note to Pacific Endodontics in Seattle First Hill Nordstrom Medical Tower. They saved my tooth and 6 weeks vacation trip to Africa and Europe. Five days before my departure my tooth started hurting. My regular dentist recommended to see endodontist. In the network doctor was able to give me appointment not earlier than three weeks later. In desperation I called Pacific Endodontists since I had a good experience with them from before. After explaining my situation they gave me same day appointment for the evaluation. Dr Phaliwal decided that my tooth required immediate attention to avoid potential serious complications during my travels. Despite having a full schedule they found the spot for me later same day. I was able to leave on my vacation two days later. I feel deeply grateful to Pacific Endodontics employees for taking care of me. I highly recommend this office to everyone who needs endodontic care. I had the best experience at this endodontics office! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional. They were extremely transparent about my treatment plan and explained all the costs clearly beforehand, which made me feel very comfortable and stress-free. The team took such amazing care of both me and my daughter, making sure we felt supported and comfortable the entire time. You can truly tell they care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, caring, and trustworthy endodontic office!

Came here for emergency care on recommendation from my dentist, hours after a bike accident. I haven't even had a cavity, so this was my first experience with any dental care outside of routine cleanings or orthodontia. I've been treated with so much empathy by Dr. Entimad & Dr. Kristina. I appreciate how thorough Dr. Entimad has been but also that he's conservative with his treatment approach. Office is nice: modern, clean and comfortable. Office staff are friendly, straightforward and transparent regarding costs. I hate that circumstances necessitated me to see them, but I'm so glad I was put in their care!

I've been a patient with Dr Etemad and Dr Mitro for about 7-8 years. They have worked on a dozen teeth of mine (not an exaggeration - a couple accidents and bad teeth can get someone there). The doctors don't spare effort in explaining the procedure and followups, they test for everything. I have kept all my natural teeth (no implants) and testing with them saved a lot of root canals. So I am still keeping a few teeth alive and well with the live root! Few notable examples over the years: - finding some of my teeth nerves don't respond to cold sensation yet the nerve is alive and doesn't require immediate intervention - redoing old root canals that reinflamed - finding out some of my molars have four roots (not the typical 3) and treating them all. - doing root canals through existing crowns I'll say this. 15 years ago I had a tooth problem that more than 75% of dentists I saw suggested an implant for. That was 15 years ago. That tooth is still under a crown thanks to a root canal done to it and another root canal redone by Dr Etemad to fix inflammatios from the first root canal. Granted I may eventually lose it, but I kept it for 15 years and still going strong. (I don't under
